Shipping

Our free shipping bonus applies to shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States only. We will issue a $100 credit to assist with shipping to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii and so the shipping cost will only be $175 to the customer.

Most orders ship the 1-2 business days after we receive your order. All shipments are shipped using Pilot Freight Services. You will receive your order in 7-10 business days.

Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Noblerex K1 orders to anywhere else in the world will cost the customer a flat rate of $300 to ship.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with the Noblerex K1 Platinum, you may arrange with us to have it returned within 15 days from the date you receive the machine. If you are in the Continental US, the return shipping and handling cost will be covered by Noblerex K1 (www.thenoblerexk1.com). If you are in HI, AK, or Canada, a shipping cost of $175 will be charged to have it shipped back (in this case, Noblerex K1 will assist with $100 credit towards the shipping back to Arizona and will still have the pickup arranged for you.) Returns from anywhere else in the world will be covered by the customer.

If you decide to arrange for shipping yourself, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days or sooner to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 3-5 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution. You, the customer, may be responsible for any return shipping charges and/or delivery confirmation charges.

Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that: your use of the Noblerex K1 Platinum is at your sole risk. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this agreement, Noblerex K1, its parent, subsidiaries and other affiliated companies and their respective officers, directors, employees and other representatives expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

All products purchased on or through the site are subject only to the applicable warranty of the Noblerex K1 manufacturer (a one year full warranty and five years service warranty). To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Noblerex K1 parties disclaim all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, any implied warranties, with respect to the products listed or purchased on or through the site. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Noblerex K1 parties expressly disclaim all liability for product defect or failure, claims that are due to normal wear, product misuse, abuse, product modification, improper product selection and non-compliance with any printed directions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Noblerex K1 Parties against all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including any reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting or arising from or relating to your use or misuse of the product offered (the Noblerex K1 Platinum) or your conduct on the Site, any activity related to your account by you or any other person, any material that you submit to, post on or transmit through the Site, your breach of this Agreement, your infringement or violation of any rights of another, or termination of your access to the Site.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD: WE WILL REPORT ANY ATTEMPT TO USE A STOLEN CREDIT CARD. WE VOLUNTARILY COOPERATE WITH ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY IN CONNECTION OF ATTEMPTED AND/OR ACTUAL USE OF A CREDIT CARD THAT IS STOLEN OR BEING USED WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE CARDHOLDER.
